We screen all candidates before introducing them to you and make sure that they are aligned with your company's values and the skillset that is needed for the role.

• Part of kickoff is setting up our norms for communication — be it Slack, email, or Zoom, so that we’re seamlessly integrated into your workflows. We do regular check-ins with you and your team to make sure everyone is up to date on all of the candidates in process, and the feedback loop is tight.
